Delete your Pix2Vid account
You can request permanent deletion of your Pix2Vid account and associated Pix2Vid data either from your signed-in account or, if you cannot sign in, by contacting Pix2Vid using the instructions below.
Delete your account in Pix2Vid
- Sign in to your Pix2Vid account.
- Open Account.
- Select Account settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the deletion warning and confirm that you want to continue.
- Type DELETE when prompted to confirm permanent deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
When account deletion completes, Pix2Vid removes your Pix2Vid account, your Pix2Vid projects and uploaded project content, generated videos associated with those projects, and Pix2Vid usage and entitlement data associated with the account.
If you have an active Pix2Vid subscription, the account deletion process also cancels that subscription.
Information that may be retained
Pix2Vid retains a minimal deletion-safety record after account deletion to prevent delayed billing or system events from recreating deleted account state. This record consists of a hashed account identifier and the date and time of deletion. It does not contain your email address, uploaded content, generated videos, or active account data.
Information maintained by payment providers or records that Pix2Vid is required to retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory purposes may also be retained as required or permitted by applicable law. Such information is not retained for continued use of the deleted Pix2Vid account.
If you cannot access your account
If you cannot sign in and need to request deletion of your Pix2Vid account or personal information, email privacy@pix2vid.net from the email address associated with your Pix2Vid account. We may need to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.
For more information about how Pix2Vid handles personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
