Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pix2Vid. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using Pix2Vid
Pix2Vid provides tools for creating promotional videos from content supplied by users. You are responsible for the information and content you submit and for how you use videos created through the service.
Your content
You must have the rights necessary to upload and use the images, logos, text, trademarks, and other material you provide. You give Pix2Vid permission to process that material as necessary to provide the requested service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Free use, subscriptions, and credits
Pix2Vid may offer free usage as well as paid subscription plans. Current plan features, prices, credit allowances, and video limits are shown on the Billing page. Paid credits are used according to the video duration and usage rules displayed by the service.
Credits for a final video are charged only when the final video is successfully created.
Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your paid subscription through the Pix2Vid Billing page and the subscription management portal.
When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid billing period, paid plan access continues until that period ends unless otherwise indicated by the service.
Refunds
Subscription charges and used credits are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Deleting a generated video does not restore credits or free-video usage.
Generated content
AI-generated content can contain errors or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing or relying on them, including claims, captions, images, and other content appearing in the final video.
Video availability
Generated videos may be available for download or recovery only for a limited period. You are responsible for downloading and keeping copies of videos you want to retain.
Prohibited use
You may not use Pix2Vid unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with service operation, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the service. Pix2Vid is provided without a guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pix2Vid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
