This Privacy Policy explains how Pix2Vid handles information when you use our website and video creation service.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide the service, including your account email address, account and subscription information, and the product images, logos, text, website information, and other content you choose to provide when creating a video.
We also maintain information about your projects, generated videos, plan, credit usage, and related service activity.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate your account, create and deliver videos, operate subscriptions and credits, maintain the service, prevent abuse, and provide requested account functions.
Service providers
Pix2Vid uses third-party service providers to operate parts of the service, including Supabase for account authentication, Stripe for subscription billing, OpenAI for AI-powered generation, and Cloudflare R2 for storage of generated video files. Information is provided to these services as needed to perform those functions.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Pix2Vid maintains billing identifiers and subscription status needed to recognize your plan, but payment processing is handled through Stripe.
Uploaded content and generated videos
Content you upload is processed to create the video you request. Generated videos are made available temporarily and may be automatically deleted after their availability period expires. Temporary processing files may also be removed as part of normal service operation.
Cookies and account sessions
Pix2Vid uses cookies or similar session technology as necessary to keep you signed in and provide authenticated account functions.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information to service providers when necessary to operate Pix2Vid, process payments, provide requested features, protect the service, or comply with applicable law.
Online tracking
Pix2Vid does not currently use advertising or analytics technologies to track your activity over time across third-party websites or online services. Because Pix2Vid does not currently engage in this type of tracking, browser Do Not Track signals do not change how the service operates.
Privacy requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email privacy@pix2vid.net. This address is for privacy-related requests.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information used by the service. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
